Italian Embassy in Beijing

As a key administrative component in the Year of Italy in China 2006, or Italia in Cina 2006, Igniture helped the Italian Embassy in Beijing build a powerful and flexible database system for management and planning of events.

Collaborating with the brilliant Standards Group in Beijing, we created an online application that facilitated organizers to submit project proposals, and the Cultural Section at the Embassy in Beijing to review, plan and assign such events. Proposals were processed through administrative channels by users holding various access rights, and projects were assigned various statuses until it was fully reviewed and accepted or rejected.
